TRAINEESHIPS
A traineeship is an excellent opportunity for employers and young people who are out of education to benefit one another by mutually bringing skills and work experience to the table.
WHAT IS A FOCUS FITNESS UK
TRAINEESHIP?
A traineeship is a fantastic, practical route to employment which includes a blend of formal skills training, employability training, English, Maths and is 100 hours of real work experience.
A traineeship is designed to process young people into employment by educating them and empowering them with the skills and experience necessary.
Employers benefit by having access to a pool of trained, educated entry-level potential employees to select from.
The traineeship has a minimum length of 6 weeks and a maximum length of 6 months, the duration depends on whether a job role is filled quickly or not. The average amount of time trainees spend on the programme is 12 weeks.
