Although we don’t require you to have qualifications already, we strongly recommend you arrive with some experience of gym-based exercises including free weights. You will need to come with a suitable degree of fitness and strength because physical exertion is inevitably going to be an essential part of the programme. Being able to communicate well (discussing, presenting, reading and writing) is also a basic skill set which you should be equipped with before you come through our doors on your first day.
