My time with Shaun (Tutor) at Focus Fitness was, to put it simply, incredible. The classes were well structured and came served with a side of laughter. Shaun helped the whole group come together and made sure that he included everyone.
He was as good out of the classroom as he was in it as he was always on hand to answer any of our questions and support us on our journey.
